Care and Repair have been serving the needs of the people of Northamptonshire for more than 30 years, working with Councils, other Charities, Occupational Therapists and Care Services, providing services, equipment and adaptations keeping those amongst us who find themselves in need whether by illness, accident, age, or just bad luck to continue to live in their own homes. 

We are on the  approved contractors list for minor adaptations and works funded through the Disabled Facilities Grant scheme plus operate several schemes through major benefactors keeping our services affordable and in some cases absolutely free!

Over one third of owner occupiers whose homes are in need of major repairs are pensioners. The necessity to repair and improve a home and find the money to do so often uncovers other problems of a physical, social or financial nature that are contributing to a person's difficulties. Many retired homeowners or disabled people, for example, are unaware of their rights to benefit, grants and other support services, or are reluctant to claim them. We are happy to advise you on what support may be available and assist you in getting it.

We are an independant charitable company run by a volunteer management committee. We have no requirement to make profit beyond that which allows us to keep running and improve our offerings to you, our valued customers.
