A 'Not For Profit' company managed by an Independent Management Committee, we provide a range of practical services designed to support older, disabled and vulnerable people and enable them to continue to live safe, warm and secure within their own homes. Last year we helped just under 4000 people to feel warmer, safer or more secure at home.
Plumbing and any other works. If you need adaptations to make you feel more safe and secure in your bathroom up to and including converting it into a 'Wet Room' we can do it!
Fitting a shelf up, repairing damaged fencing, stair rails, you name it - if its made of wood we can fix it!
Boiler failed? Radiator leaking or is it just too cold in your home? Insulation and heating improvements are all part of our service.
We have our own qualified electricians to keep your wiring and fixtures safe and working. Full rewire to changing a light bulb - just ask?

Wet room floors, water damaged boards, loose planks, decking or any floor surfacing is within our remit, to repair, adapt or renew.
If you need handrails, extra steps, grab rails or any adaptation that allows you to remain in your own home safe and secure, we would be happy to assist
Concerned about security? Door chains, PIR ights, extra locks to doors and windows, keysafes? We are Trusted Assessors and would be pleased to improve your security at home.
Blown down fence? Steps broken or loose? Handrail required to assist you to get access to your front door? We really are the guys to do it all.
